IMPORTANT INSURANCE AND LEGAL ATTENDANCE NOTICE
Each year CSPG purchases a special event insurance policy to cover The Fall Star Party. This year's policy has been amended to include members of the Chiefland Observers Group that setup on the east field; namely: attendee's are allowed to setup on the east field and still attend the star party. All attendees must wear their proper star party name badges, indicating that they are registered for the star party, but can setup on any field. All star party rules (attendees will be given rules at registration) must be followed regardless of where you are setup -- which may differ from normal observing rules.
HOTEL / OFF-SITE ATTENDEES - We understand that each year, a number of attendees do not camp on the field and either stay in area hotels or with off-site hosts. This has been and will still be allowed provided the registered attendee is setup with their equipment on the CSPG Observing Field and adheres to the CSPG Policies and Rules for the designated parking and after dark departures.
